Tangier Feztival of Trees: A Holiday Tradition in Omaha

Each year as Thanksgiving draws near, the Tangier Shrine Center transforms into a dazzling winter wonderland. Creatively decorated Christmas trees — big, small, traditional, and unconventional — draw crowds through the doors in support of our Transportation Unit.

Local businesses, families, and Shrine donors sponsor each tree, adorning them with themes and gifts. What began as a modest fundraiser has become a cherished Omaha tradition—drawing approximately 20,000 attendees.
