Self-Defense Laws: Understanding Your Rights in Nebraska
Patricia Harrold will provide an overview of Nebraska self-defense laws and how they apply in real-world situations. Participants will learn when self-defense is legally justified and how the justice system evaluates self-defense claims. She'll also focus on helping individuals understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal consequences that may follow a self-defense situation.
Her presentation is designed for anyone interested in staying informed with an emphasis on education, awareness, and lawful decision-making within the state of Nebraska.

Patricia Harrold is a nationally recognized firearms instructor, training counselor, and Second Amendment advocate with extensive experience in defensive firearms education and range safety. She is a United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Training Counselor and Instructor, a Rangemaster Advanced Protective Pistolcraft Instructor, and a DTI Off-Body Carry Instructor. Patricia also holds National Rifle Association (NRA) certifications as a Pistol, Shotgun, and Rifle Instructor, as well as serving as an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer.
In addition to her instructional work, Patricia is deeply involved in firearms advocacy and leadership. She serves as President of the Nebraska Firearms Owners Association (NFOA), State Director for Armed Women of America’s Nebraska chapters, and State Director for Women for Gun Rights. She is also the founder of Incendio LLC, where she continues to promote responsible firearm ownership, education, and personal protection.
